We ship worldwide via DHL or USPS Intl, depending on country and weight. Rates calculated at checkout.
You pay your country’s import duties and VAT. We are not eating customs fees so you can have a screen-printed slur shipped to Belgium. Check your local rates before you check out. We’re not refunding for surprise customs charges.
1–2 business days from order to shipped. Add another day during drops. Add three days if it’s a holiday week. Add a week if it’s Christmas. sorry, the post office is also having a moment.
Sent to your email the second the label prints. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours, it’s the carrier’s fault, not ours. Refresh once an hour like the rest of us.
Talk to USPS first. Then us, if it’s been 10 business days past expected delivery. We’ll replace it once. We don’t replace porch pirate situations. that’s on you and your neighborhood.
